About 

We are an in home childcare program that focuses on providing clean, safe, fun, and educational childcare in a home setting. Located in the Wernersville/Sinking Spring area our ratio is 1 childcare provider to a very small group of children ages 3 months-5 years old. 

About the Provider:  I am 39 years old with 3 wonderful children ages 8, 10, and 14 who are the light of my life! I grew up in the area and have always lived in Berks and/or Lancaster Counties. I have a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University. I have 20 years of experience working with children of all ages (not including raising my own children)!  I worked as an assistant group supervisor and a building supervisor at two local daycare centers. I have had an in home childcare program for the last 10 years. Additionally, I worked in law enforcement for several years and at a local elementary school! I create developmentally appropriate lesson plans with weekly themes that incorporate crafts and "play to learn" activities!

My information is on care.com and I have all my clearances (renewed in the 2021/2022 school year) and CPR/First Aid certifications. Our home is clean, spacious and smoke free. We live in a development with 2 playgrounds and enjoy walking to them or playing in our fenced in yard!

I always give parents the opportunity to meet my family and I, tour our home, and receive a copy of the handbook in a no pressure meeting. Parents are encouraged to research multiple childcare options to determine what works best for their needs/situation!

**I do not have a full scale "daycare". I care for a few children in my home, staying with in the guidelines set by the Department of Public Welfare. The schedule we follow and activities we do are the same as a preschool/daycare center and I follow all the same rules and regulations. I do pay taxes on my income so your childcare expenses here are tax deductible.**
